Purdue Global tuition: the full rate table and the levers

The short answer

Purdue Global prices per quarter credit hour with unusually wide discounts by population: standard undergraduate at $371, nursing undergraduate at $315, Indiana residents at $280, veterans at $230, and active-duty military at $165, before any employer arrangement. Graduate work runs $420 for most master's and $485 for the business suite, with doctoral rates from $420 to $700. The structural exception is ExcelTrack: a flat $2,500 per 10-week bachelor's term, $2,833 to $3,200 for master's, where every extra module you finish is free. Resource fees of $345 per undergraduate term and $295 per graduate term ride along either way.

The ExcelTrack economics

Flat-rate terms invert the usual logic: on the per-credit path your bill tracks the catalog, on ExcelTrack it tracks the calendar. A bachelor's student who clears fifteen modules in a term paid the same $2,500 as one who cleared six, and a working professional who tests past familiar material through readiness checks compresses entire courses into days. This is the one place at Purdue Global where coursework speed converts directly into tuition saved, which is why our expedite plan is scoped to ExcelTrack and says so plainly.

The levers, ranked

  1. Claim your population rate

Nursing, Indiana, veteran, and military rates are not negotiations; they are table rows. Confirm yours before comparing any other school's sticker.

  2. Stack prior learning

Transfer credit, ASK assessment credit over free Open Learning courses, and experiential credit each remove paid catalog. The RN license block for RN-to-BSN students is the largest single discount on this page.

  3. Go ExcelTrack where eligible, and go dense

Flat terms reward pace mechanically. Eligibility is program-specific, so verify rather than assume.

  4. Never repeat a course

Per-credit repeats are the same money twice; ExcelTrack repeats burn the calendar the flat rate lives on. The grading-scales guide shows where the floors actually sit.

A worked example: the RN-to-BSN, priced honestly

A nursing undergraduate pays $315 per quarter credit on the traditional path, after the RN license credit block has already shrunk the catalog. The RN-to-BSN once had an ExcelTrack flat-term version, but Purdue Global stopped accepting new enrollments and reentries into it as of October 15, 2025, so a nurse starting today prices the degree on the per-credit path. The levers that still move the number are prior-learning credits: stack the license block, transfer credit, and ASK assessments before enrolling, add the $345 per-term resource fee, and run your own credit position in chat to see what actually remains.
